Community Training Opportunities

We offer agencies in Ontario, who have an existing presence in the anti-violence movement, and who are interested in potentially running a Caring Dads program, the opportunity to receive training and consultation on implementing the Caring Dads program. We encourage joint applications from child protection agencies, woman's advocacy groups and PAR programs. The training is generally run on two consecutive days by two facilitators. The training can be structured in such a way as to be applicable to managers, program directors, and community partners (one day), and the second day could focus on the specifics of running the Caring Dads group. Please contact us directly for more information about receiving training, providing information about your agency, community partnerships and familiarity with the Caring Dads program.
